New initiative in India ‘Wet Press Technology’

Q Green Techon PVT LTD is leading manufacturer of Fly Ash Bricks, Concrete Blocks and Paver machines in India in Asia. The company established in 2009 with goal to supply excellent quality machines and provide best after sell service. This boosts the company growth as it invested to build machines which makes economical construction products. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is capable to produce wide range of machine models with various capacities all under one roof.

We had research in various Indian Markets and found that the demand of Wet Press Machines is increasing. Q Green decided to enter in the Wet Press Machine manufacturing. For this, we had researched the market and contact many companies. But no company meet our expectations and not much experience in the field. We want partner to manufacture wet presses, take off units, pallet magazines, volumetric dispensers, tooling packages, spares parts and after sale service in India.

Q Green founders already in touch with Pete Bullock from leading wet press manufacturers Forest Press Hydraulics Limited, UK. He was with the company in Bangalore which provides semi dry machines. But the company did not survive and closed.

Founders of Q Green Techon PVT LTD and Pete started conversion and after agreed on various conditions to manufacture Wet Press Machines in India. The new venture will produce handling system, single mould press with semi-automatic handling system, single mould press with fully automatic handling system, MINI Press with semi-automatic or fully automatic handling systems, volumetric filling devices, tooling packages, spare parts and service and very important the “after sales support”.

Q Green Techon PVT LTD and Forest Press Hydraulics LTD both has an exceptional place in respective markets. They started new venture to ensure the Indian market get best technology in Wet Press Machines.

Q Green Forest Press PVT LTD is the only Indian company which manufactures machines as per Forest Press Specification.
